SOURCE: i have htc-hd2 the problem
I'm sorry, but I think you will need to contact T-Mobile for support. Call them from another phone at 1-800-T-Mobile.
If you don't care much about the info on the phone, then do a hard reset to factory defaults.

CAUTION - DOING A HARD RESET, YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING ON YOUR PHONE. REMOVE THE MEMORY CARD BEFORE DOING A HARD RESET.

Tks,
As I can not access the menu, I have used the buttons for the hard reset.
After pressing and holding the volume up and down buttons and briefly pressed the end button no messages appeared. Even thought I tried the hard reset by pressing the volume up button. No sucess.
Is there any other way to solve the problem?
BR,
to perform the hard reset the phone must be turned off. As the screen command and buttom were not working it was possible after taking the battery off and then on.
Thank you.
