Hello, what sim network in your phones? Are you still used t-mobile sim card? Or you have change that sim card before? it seems you phones unlocked and you need HTC Touch HD2 unlock code so you can access your phones again. Try call T-mobile customer service and requested HTC unlock code for your phones, this process needs 1-2 weeks before you get that unlock code and don't forget to prepare some money to pay charge from t-mobile. If you need that code immediately you also can buy unlock code from third party sites with lower price and just need to wait a couple minutes.
