Probably a virus.. setting it back to factory settings will not work most of the time, got the same issue but on my older nokia 6600, try a hard reset.. press #7370#.. this will erase everything in your phone... contacts.. old messages..images.. i mean all.. back up first before doing this.. =)

have fun

My nokia n95 has a problen when we switch on it. it has only vibrate not turn on plz send me its best solution Thanks Abaid Khan

Hi,
Just follow the steps for reset .
Take a full backup.

First Try it:
You may try default phone and security code to remove it
Defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 you can use it

if the problem is same do the next,

Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.
If
Soft reset( factory setting)

On Sybmian phones:
*#7780# - Restore factory settings
*#7370# - Reformat your phone (back up your personal data with PC Suite or to the memory card first!)

Hard reset
Back up your personal data with PC Suite or to the memory card first!

Switch-off your phone.
1. Press and hold three keys at a time;it is called "3 finger reset" which is depress these three keys simultaneously "*" "3" "green phone" and then power on phone whilst keeping those same three keys depressed until you see formatting.

If you dont understand, again follow the step.
You will use three finger for pres three keys ."green phone"+ "3" +star( *) and pres the power on switch.

All switch will be pressed at a time.

Soon an formatting text, will appear ,then stop pressing those switch,

Remember.
2. After a few minutes when the Full phone formatting completed, your phone will back to original system and factory stetting.

Hope this helps.

Cant send sms. states memory full. close some applications and try again. nothing is open on phone!

N95 Memory Full Problem can not be resolve by simply restarting or by changing the network setting. You must "Manual Reset" it. Just Turn Off the Phone, Press the *, Call Button, Three and ask another Person to turn on your N95 by pressing the power button. Stay pressing the Three Buttons until the phone fully boot up and ask you to enter Date and Time. After that, youre phone will go back to Factory Setting.

My nokia n95 wont send texts i can recieve then n make/recieve calls it says memory full close some applications and try again :s. ive restored back to factory settings.... help lol

Set you Message Storage Destination to Memory card and delete unwanted Smses or Bluetooth received files from the phone memory. To do this, Go to message settings and there's an option with "Default destination" or something like that, and set the Storage to Memory Card. You'll also need to close the programs that are running on the background. To do this press and hold the "Menu" key, and to close the particular program, press "C". Good luck Thanks for using FixYa.
