Hi, First make sure that the print cartridge has enough toner. If the toner is OK, it is most likely be
due to dust/ toner dust accumulation at the laser reflecting mirrors inside the printer, which partially blocks laser beams and results
in faint print. Therefore the
printer requires cleaning/ servicing by a professional.
1st how old are the cartidges ink could be solidified.
2nd did you take the plastic off of the new ink heads?
try runninng clean pint heads from printer control
