If you're talking about mixing two-cycle oil with gas for a two stroke motor, always mix it in a gas can then pour it in the weed eater. It's easier to put the oil in the gas can first then fill it with gas to get the two mixed well.

What oil to use for a yardworks gas mower 060-1648, 060-1649, 060-1658

Hi , There's two different types of mower oil, There's the oil for the sump (4 stroke mowers ONLY) Ask at the local lawn mower repair store for the oil type and the 2 stroke grade, it's just two stroke oil you add to the gas (2 stroke mowers ONLY) If you own a 2 stroke mower then yes you actually add the oil to the gas before you put it in the gas tank (25 to 1 ratio) but If you own a 4 stroke mower then NO you DON'T put the oil in the gas tank. There is (two) capes, 1 for the gas and the 2nd cap is there somewhere for the oil.... Have a look at the link below... CHEERS..

How many ounces of oil do I add to gasoline to get a 50 to 1 mix?

Quite simple if the mix says 1:50 ( one to 50 ) ,it means for every one ounce of oil you add 50 ounces of gasoline.

If the instructions say 1/50 ( one of 50 parts) ,it means for every let us say 50 ounces of mix there are 49 ounces of gas and one ounce of oil.I use a one liter wine bottle !000 ml ,I put in 20 ml of oil fill bottle with gas and shake well-ps (mark bottle -hate to take a swig). If you are into avoirdupois system use 1 ounce oil add 50 ounces fresh gas .

Robinair

The amount of oil moving with the gas is minimal as it is only what passes the pistons as lubricant that travels with the gas. The receiver dryer catches most of the oil that is moving. New compressors have the correct amount of oil so if you have the need to add oil check what is in the dryer and that will all that you need to add. If the system has excessive oil in it you will experience problems in the tx valve as the oil blocks up the opening.

Do I mix the oil and gas together and pour it in the gas tank or do I pour the gas in the tank and the waverunner mix's the oil and gas together?

Mix the oil and gas together first.
Or you can add some gas into tank, then add some oil, then add more gas, then bit more oil ... so oil-gas mixture is uniform.

How do I fill up my dirt bike motorcycle with the quick 2 mix oil/gas mixer

Find out how many gallons your motorcycle tank holds. Do a little research on the manufacturer and model of your dirt bike. Also find out what ratio between oil and gas is required. Then, do a little math, and find out how much oil to add to each tank. Add the oil. Then add the gas. Adding the gas last will help stir up the oil in the tank.

Where do i add engine oil to the motor? Not the oil for gas

I think you are saying that this is a 2-cycle motor (like most gas trimmers), that you already use a gas/oil mix, and you want to know how to add oil to the motor crank-case. If this is your question, then the answer is that you don't add oil to the motor. There is no place to add it. Unlike a 4 cycle engine (like in a car or most lawn mowers), the oil/gas mix is fed through the crankcase and is used to lubricate the engine, then is also used as fuel. good luck, Al K

How much oil to gas do i add

You need to make your gas:oil mixture 50:1. 2-cycle oil bottles have instructions that tell you how much gas to add to them to make a 50:1 mixture.
