Hi i ca not get my speakers to work , new ones , they work , volume is on , but no sound from fujitsu cmputer, please tell me what to do ? grtz devi

I've read your "post," and I think that the best solution to the 'problem is to:
Get an "Update on the Drivers and Software.
"Most situations cannot be solve by 'pressing a couple of buttons'; sometimes
We have to go into the "Control Panel," or go to a "Website" to get updates for the computer,
"Drivers are needed for Hardware, eg, (Hard Drives, Printers, CD / DVD Players, Audio Sound, Speakers, Microphones, Mouse, Keyboards, and Webcams), to work correctly; also, some Software products."
"Upgrading the computer in any way, or added a 'new' software product?"
Causes the System Configurations, to change!
Many cases involving "Upgrades from an 'older' {Operating System, eg. XP or Vista},

to Windows 7, can cause a change in "Hardware Devices," not functioning properly;

or not to work at all !"


"These easy instructions will help you solve these issues, and hopefully, we'll be able to fix the problem the first time."

1. Click on the Website [below].
2. Enter the information required, Product Type?

Series# number? Model# number?

The {OS - Windows7 / Vista or XP} if needed?.

3.Download the Drivers
4.Turn-off the computer.
5. Disconnect the Speakers.
6. Restart the computer.
7. Install the Drivers.
8. Restart the computer again.
9. Connect the Speakers.
10. Turn on the Speakers.

you can increase the sound by going to start, settings control panel, sounds and audio devices and change the sound volume there.. Or double click the speaker near your clock in the bottom right hand side of your screen

Hi lalit kumar. If both the speakers worked OK at first and not now then something has changed.
1. Check that the speakers are actually still set up to make sound out of both and not just one.If you open control panel > sound there is tabs that you can look at for sound settings.
2. VLC media player has its own settings for "adjustments and effects" You may have set these up in a way that is making the sound only appear to be out of one speaker. Set them to DEFAULT

Hi c-king,

Ah, cavaet emptor the dreaded used computer. I'm going to assume that it had speakers that worked in it's previous life. Check all cable connections, make sure system is not muted, speaker control knob is on. In windows, most editions, follow: start, control panel, sounds and audio devices, volume tab-speaker settings-advanced settings. Here you can configure and choose your speaker setup(it may be set at headphones) i.e. 5.1, 7.1 etc.. Also check the audio tab to make sure you have a digital audio device installed i.e. Sigma Tel Audio or what ever is installed in your computer. I hope this helps a little, if not, hit me back, we have other options i.e. new audio drivers.

Very very low sound/output

Helle there!

First!
1) check your setting for sound to (2 way speakers)
2) Setting for Volume in control panel.
3) connector may be you need a little expantion from radio shack gold ext.
4) be sure you got sound from headphones !! **

Only one speaker works

if you have plugged correctly without any losse contact it should work if not o think your speaker configration is not correctly set go to the control panel->sounds and audio devices->device volume->advanced there u set that balance slider to middle of all volume control,wave,sw synth,line in etc.. then go to speaker settings in the same window of sounds and audio drivers there in speaker settings click on advanced you get another window in that drop down box specify your speaker configration wether is desktop speakers laptop mono speakers or stereo headphones etc specify the right one you have then ok after this in speaker settings click on speaker volume and keep left and right speakers to maximum then apply ok this will work check it out if stil not worked tell me what ws the result ill solve that for u

Fujitsu seimens scaleo P

Easiest way is to find the drivers through the "connect to internet" option which you get once you click on update/re-install drivers in the device manager. Sometimes this process does not work, so in that case you go to fujitsu site, support,choose your PC model and download drivers. Another option, go to driversguide.com, specify your PC model & download drivers.

Speakers not working.................

Check the following,
  • Speakers, connecting cables and Sound Card are working fine by connecting to another computer.
  • Speaker Cable is connected to an audio port (Audio/Video port in system box).
  • Volume is MUTE / Low (in Volume Controller).
  • Audio drivers have installed.
To Check follow the Steps:
• Go to Start>
• Control panel>
• Double click on "System" Icon> (it shows the System Properties Window)
• Select “Hardware” Tab>
• Select “Device Manager” Tab> (it shows the Device Manager Window)
• Select “Sound, video and game controllers”>
• Expand “+” symbol> (check the audio Codecs, Legacy Audio Drivers and others are not in Questioned Mark (?) symbol with yellow color. If there need to install the drivers ).
  • If not, insert the motherboad CD, browse>select audio driver>install. After completion, restart computer and check.

Siemens fujitsu scalo p.....can't get my 2.1 speakers to work

Hi There Try this, CONNECTION Check your connections on Rear part of your PC. Lime is for Sound Out usually a speaker, Pink is for Mic, Blue for Audio Input. VOLUME Try Adjusting the vlume on your PC first. Check the volume on the Headphone too if there is one. CLEANING Using a dump clothe. Wipe the plugs with a twisting motion. WIRELESS\BLUETOOTH Check your battery if it is drained. Try replacing them with a new one or charge them if they are rechargables. If all fails then You may have a Sound Card problem. Using a spare Speaker or Headphone check it if it works. If its not then its Defective and needs replacement. If its working then your Speakers or Headphones are defective. Try fixing them by cleaning or checking the Continuity of its cables using a analog Multi tester. Hope This helps ======================= If you are having trouble with Newly bought items then return them and demand a replacement or a refund! You may have purchased a reconditioned\repaired\factory defect product.
