You didn't mention the size of the job size, but it sounds like a memory problem. If you have a service contract or it's still under warranty, contact your rep before you start opening things up.
The following is if you don't have a service contract. If the bizhub has been working with no problems in the past, try reseating or replacing the RAM. I've had to replace RAM that started causing problems on classroom computers. If you bought it refurbished (used) check to see the 2GB RAM that supposed to come with the bizhub hasn't been removed or replaced with smaller memory.
