To which model Samsung TV do you want to get the user manual? You have here stated two models of Samsung. If it is for Samsung LN46C630; I've the manual with me. If you send your email address to me, I'll send a copy of it to you by return mail. There is no model Samsung LN32B36065D with Samsung website. OK.

don't know if this the right one for your set, I think the 40" series all have the same manual. I couldn't download it myself. Also on that webpage you can 'chat' to a Samsung rep. who should be able to give you better directions to the correct instructions

The televsion has sound but no picture. There was about a third of the picture showing on the right hand side, in the middle a thick black line and on the left nothing, then everthing went blank with sound...
This problem come from the backlight panel. some ccfl not working properly and coused protection on inverter circuit . my suggestions call samsung technician.

I need a code for it
Refer to the device appliance owner manual to attain details of setting to capture television experience. Also, televsion network provider would usually have materails on setting the remote control. For example, refer to the cable tv, dvr oro satellite tv owners manuals to instructures on establsihing experinces.

I have a tv/dvd flatscreen televsion. It is only a year old. The problem is I can not hear anything. My television is displaying the screen and movies/television is working fine, just no volume. Please...
Does the the little bar graph on screen volume display react when you turn the volume up and down or does it say something like TV VOLUME IS FIXED?

Try using your remote to look in your tv's MENU for the AUDIO OPTIONS.

Check to make sure the SPEAKER option is turned ON.

If that doesnt work, try running a cable from your tv's audio out jacks in the back to one of your home stereo's AUX inputs and see if you can hear the tv through your stereo.

I bought an extended warranty from best buy for a samsung 42 inch televsion, should I have done this or did I get ripped off by buying the warranty?
Too late now but if the TV has a problem occur while it is under warranty, call Samsung to have any problems addreased. When the set is Out of Warranty, have BB repair the set.

Note: Use 4 M4 X L16 screws only.
  • Slowly and carefully put the TV with the screen facing down on a table with soft cloth or cushion.
  • Insert the stand into the hole at the bottom of the TV. Refer to page 2 of the Owner's Manual.
