Hi, I purchased Nokia BH-503 2 days back and was working fine till now. Suddenly after charging it, when I tried to connect with my Blackberry phone, its NOT responding and RED LED light is ON since then. No function key is working since then. Pls help me how to resolve this. rgds

My nokia BH503 is not getting charged & countinuoisly blinking blue & not getting connected ..i got connected once ...after that it is not happening

RED indication light shows that the device needs charging.But if you think something is wrong with your headset a simple reset of your device could solve the problem.For resetting the device please follow the instructions below.
Clear the settings or resetting the headset
To clear the pairing and volume settings, switch off the headset, and press and hold the multifunction key and press the volume up key until the indicator light alternates red, green, and blue three times.

To reset the headset if it stops functioning, although it is charged, plug the charger into the headset, and press and hold the multifunction key and press the volume up key. The reset does not clear the headset settings.

I cant pair my nokia bh503 bluetooth headset with acer emachine netbook
First of all, you need to charge the BH-503 before connecting it to your gadget. On the BH-503 after it is fully charged, go to your gadget and turn on its Bluetooth. Mind you some gadget do not have embedded Bluetooth in them;all you do is to but an external Bluetooth and insert it in the USB port. That will make your gadget discover your BH-503. Pair the 2 together, I mean your BH-503 and your gadget and your up and running!

I try to use bluetooth headset with my laptop(Dell Latitude E6500) but I can't find device Nokia BH-503 in my bluetooth searching windows.
Many people found this problem. How to fix it? I think this problem is human error or device manual not cover,how to use device with computer and laptop.
if you want to find your bluetooth devices when you search bluetooth devices from your computer.
- Turn off bluetooth headset.
- Start add bluetooth devices function from your computer for search bluetooth devices.
- Hold call button on Nokia BH-503 untill the light blue and red blink (not only light bule blink).
- You will see Nokia Bluetooth BH-503 in your searching window.
- select Nokia BH-503 device and click "Next" for connect the device

BH 503 bluetooth headset is detected on my phone but it doesn't get paired with the 0000 pairing code. Is this a comparability issue. My phone model is Sony Ericsson Satio U1i with Symbian OS.
vsidharth I had the same problem with my satio.. i fixed it,

what to do is pair your bh-503 then click on auto connect.. now click on bh-503 a menu pops up look for set unauthorised.. turn it on
now turn off your ear phones and back on, your satio will say connect, and will now give you the option to enter your pair code 0000.. once you done that, your ready to go.. hope this helps

My BH-503 wont turn on again. The reset option (hold multi key + volume up) doesn't help at all, in fact. Nothing really happened! The only thing is does right now is: that the indicator blinks...

Does not charge when the charger is plugged. The Red light does not turn on.
Just wait for the battery to be completely drained-I did that to mine just now.after the battery is completely drained, I charged it, and it began functioning again.
