I would trouble shoot to make sure its not the dock before sending it out for a repair. If it turns out to be the radio, TSS Radio has a repair guy available at [email protected]

Sounds like it could be the dock itself, but could also be the radio. Do you have other docking stations to test it out in? If it works in one dock but not the other, we know its the dock that needs to be replaced. If it does the same thing in both docks it is probably the antenna connection in the receiver.

The XM radio signal comes and goes...I've had the antenna changed twice. Any advice?

If you're using it with a SXV300 or SXV200 add-on tuner, there's a known issue where there's a poor connection between the antenna plug and the jack on the tuner. Plug in the antenna, then pull the cable down so it keeps a bit of tension on the plug. Use zip-ties to secure the antenna cable to the side of the tuner to keep up the tension.

How to change from antenna to dvd

If it was working before, check whether the signal is coming from the DVD or not, rather it is detected by the TV. Try changing the RC cable.

My sirius portable radio keeps displaying "no antenna detected" but it's plugged in.

Several possiblities: one: antenna really is bad - borrow a friends Sirius or XM antenna and plug it into the base and see if the message goes away -if it does, replace antenna; if not, then your 'dock' or base could be bad - try removing and reinstalling the radio or try another base. If another base and antenna don't solve it, then the radio is shot and it's time for a new one. Customer service will ususally give you a great deal on a new XM radio IF you agree to keep it for 1 year. Let me know how it goes.

Honda Accord 99 EX Antenna Faulty?

Static won't come from an antenna. It normally comes from your connections. If you've been changing the head, check the contacts where it goes together. The only noise your antenna will pick up, is noise from your ignition. If what you hear is more of a buzzing or clicking that changes as you accelerate, then you should get your ignition checked.

I cannot select Channel 10

What kind of antenna is used. Outdoor antenna or indoor antenna. The main board only detect the signal with certain level, if the signal strength is not enough, it will pass by. Since the change of signal from analog to digital this problem got more depending on your location. You need to use a booster-antenna to over come this problem.
