I get the Verizon logo and can only turn it off by pulling the battery out.

same thing happened to me. it's been turning off on its own for weeks, but it always started again until now. i was just changing the wallpaper & it shut off & never came back on, it just flashed the verizon logo over & over. i took into verizon & they just sold me a refurbished one for $50 since i was past the 1-yr warranty period.

This will be the fourth time I will have to exchange this pos phone! First three times because of the charger unit malfunctioning (which of course was MY fault... not the pos phone... apparently Verizon says i'm too stupid to put the charger in correctly) I have had this refurbished POS for 2 weeks and it's frozen on the Verizon screen. DID NOT get it wet drop it or anything!

I let the battery die and now the verizon logo keeps flashing on and off every 5 seconds. I've tried charging it, replacing the battery, and shutting it off but nothing works.

ok, here is something odd. I get a new phone, my daughter was going to take the env and have it fixed (verizon will replace it with a refurbished one for $50). I had not shut if off, so the battery was completely drained. She plugged it in and charged it, and now it works, of course, after I bought a new phone. Hopefully this will work for others.

I also had the same problem with my phone freezing. After having my phone for a little over one year, my phone froze last light what it stayed on the Logo of Verizon Wireless and after a minute or two blinked a couple of times and froze with Verizon Wireless logo on the screen. It did not matter if I changed the batteries with my husband who also has the same phone.

I tried to charge the phone to see if it would help but it did not change this moring. This advise is for anyone who come across this website and has the same common problems with this specific model.

Please write your story and add to this website so that there will show a history of common problems with this phone to show the Verizon Store that there is a problem. This website has helped me in, that I will be printing out these same related stories to get a replacement phone at no charge. It is not right that I or any of you have to be inconvenienced to have to deal with a broken phone.

My phone was working fine. I tool it into Verizon for an upgrade. They pulled the battery to get the serial number. When they replaced it, I couldn't get it to turn back on. All I got was the Verizon logo that would reset every 10 seconds. HELP!!!

My phone worked perfectly. I was due for an upgrade and the people at Verizon told me I could sell my old phone for $100 on eBay. They took off the battery to get the serial number and when they replaced it, the phone would never come back up. It would only flash the Verizon logo.

I have the same problem but my pone got wet like a month ago and it worked until today and i put it in a bag of rice but its still not working

I went to bed at night with my phone being fine, it was fully charged. I had it for 2 years. I loved that phone. I woke up in the morning and it was stuck on the verizon logo. Took it to the verizon store and was told that "sometimes there are software issues." They couldn't fix it. I had to get a new phone.

Same problem - the phone was outside, but didn't get wet, the dot on the battery is pink indicating water damage ????, and it's stuck on the Verizon Logo, blinks off, back to logo, blinks off, etc.... tried every possible trouble shooting suggestion. Poor product.
