I need to know the settings to do a rolled hem on my Janome memory craft 3000

The Janome Memory Craft 3000 uses a low shank snap-on presser foot with a presser foot holder for most of its standard presser feet. See page 17 (page 19 of the PDF) of the User Manual available from Janome on the retired machine support page: https://www.janome.com/support/retired-machine-manuals/ . For specific presser feet that originally came with the machine, see page 3 of the manual (page 5 of the PDF). You can get presser feet that are known to be compatible at most sewing machine supply vendors, including https://www.sewingpartsonline.com/janome-memory-craft-3000-sewing-machine-parts.aspx?filter.ptype_gmcfeed_1=%20Presser%20Feet&index=39 or https://www.sewingmachinesplus.com/janome-mc3000-parts-accessories.php . A few presser feet have their own shank and require you to take off the holder.

You can always use a snap-on foot but you will also need the snap-on shank adapter for your Janome machine:

Try https://www.sewshop.com/#/Cords___Controls-8-4020.html. They have Janome power cords. The one fits the Memory Craft. Most of the manufacturer's use the same power cord for most of their machines.

Use foot D.
Cut 1/8" of the corner of the fabric at a 45 degree angle.
Fold the fabric over 2mm,
Feed the edge into the funnel of the foot and carefully feed the fabric into the foot as it sews.
Practice a few times with some long scraps to get the hang of how much to fold in and you will rapidly improve.

i'd suggest looking on you tube so you can see what foot etc you should use
