Yes you can. If you have a satellite receiver or a cable box, that remote will probably control your tv. If your source components don't have a remote either, than you will have to buy a universal but be sure to check that it is compatible with your Jensen TV.

Do go to a Staples or a Walmart and talk with the technician about which remote will work best for you. Logitech Harmony is pricey but it will control all of your devices. The most inexpensive solution, is to buy a universal remote. I own a One-for-All universal remote (model URC-4220) which works with Memorex TVs. I bought it at Walmart for less than 10 dollars.
