Can't get it open to clean

how do you take the part off where the juice screen is-is there a release button somewhere, twist, turn???

You need the crescent tool to remove the blade. You insert tool into the blade and push down while turning. Try the official Jack Lelane Juicer website where you can order for about $20.00

How to disassemble to clean. don,t have a tool. for jack lalanne power juicer.model CL-003AP.

Just find a big wire around 1/8 diameter. Bend it and insert both ends on the blade holes. Cover the sharp blade with cloth or use leather gloves.
