The tank holds 65 litres. You should use 18 l/100km in city and 12 l/100km on road - that gives you a standard autonomy of 360 km in city and 550 km on road.
270 km is far too little - even if you would drive only thru a very congested/gridlocked city.

How to compute kilometers per litre

You would fill up the vehicle, then divide the mileage traveled by the amount of fuel it took to fill the tank again.
So assuming you filled the tank each time, you would divide 609km by 100.4 ltr which is .1648 or 16.49 L/100km
Thats about 40 mpg.

2004 Mazda MPV makes loud sound when driving faster than about 60 km/hr

There is no way to estimate cost until you know the exact case of the noise. See the dealer for a test drive so a tech can listen to it.

I'm looking to purchase odometer km for 1993 Grand Cherokee Jeep

Hi Maria,
If your doing it yourself you need to locate all the screws around it and covers that are in the way and remove them as well. I would first wait until you get the KM Odometer and find where the holes are on that so you know what you have to remove to get to them. There are plugs and things to disconnect and reconnect to the new odometer but thats the easy part. The hard part is finding the screws and removing them some makes you need star bits so you might have to find a hardware store to buy them..Dont worry its really not that hard, just time consuming. Good Luck!
PS if your fast it may take about 2 hours!

High fuel consumption

Check the following things: air filter, wheel alignment, and timing belt, all of them if not serviced on time can affect your fuel consumption. I do not think its the heat because I drive my car in Phoenix AZ with temperatures comparable to Dubai and I still get 500+ km/tank.

Good Luck,
