The printer is the Canon MF4350D Super G3 based on E-bay listings. You can find the manual at the Canon support page: https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/imageclass-mf4350d . There is a PDF Starter Manual, manuals for the drivers (also PDF) and an e-Manual that is in a .zip file. The e-manual is most likely to have the trouble-shooting information you need.

Download the User Manual for Canon BJC 6000 InkJet instead of Canon BJC 6100 InkJet as the latter has been discontinued hence you will not get the User Manual for it but the one mentioned in the below mentioned site is similar to it or else contact Canon 1-800-OKCANON.

You need to use the Canon CD printing software - which should be with the printer or Nero or other CD Writer Software package

The Canon NP 6050 is an analog copier, will not connect to computer for printing. I can come up with a User Guide for it, if desired, but not the service manual.
As far as the Canon Digital Colour Laser Printer.....what model is it? What operating system are you using?
