A HARD Reset scrubs everything including the password and loads a complete new, squeaky clean version of the operating system with no password. It sounds like you did a soft reset.

You do not need gmail.com only tap on SETTINGS to factory-reset your tablet.

If you are talking about the user password in Windows 7 then you will probably have to take it back to the shop and get it fixed again.

The only way you can reset the Password in Windows 7 is to have the Password Reset Disk. Her computer will not accept the Password Reset that is on your computer. It has to be created from her computer. 99% of the people that have Windows 7 and a login password do not take the time to create a Password Reset Disk. I just don't understand it. Anyway, your only option is to reinstall windows 7 if you don't have the Password Reset Disk that was created on that computer for that userid.

contact directv at 800-531-5000 to have them reset your passcode. it can only be done through them. if you have access to your account by website, you may be able to unlock the passcode there. easiest is to call them to have it unlocked

HDD Master passwords generally disable access to the HDD altogether. I used to be a Toshia technician and if you wanted to get rid of the HDD master Password, you needed to get a new HDD. It is recommended that you take the laptop to your local service repairer for that brand, and they may be able to use a workaround or use a backdoor password, but I wouldn't hold out that hope.

The other option is to get your sister to reset the HDD master password.

If you only get level signal on the traxis 1500, it means that you may have a defective LM317 IC or a TIP42C. This part is mounted on a heatsink.
Try checking the LNB frecuency as well and make sure you have the same settings as your Pansat.
