On my Samsung Galaxy Tablet i am unable to send or recieve text messages, it was functioning fine until this morning.

App drawer > Settings > Connections > Hotspot & Tethering

Note that some carriers disable hotspot, but you can still tether with a third party tethering app like Barnacle.

That does not sound right. I have had several Samsung tablets and never saw that. If the tablet it new it sounds like it might be defective.

Connect Samsung to laptop via USB cable. Laptop should mount the Samsung as one of your hard drives. You can then drag and drop files back and forth between the two.

There is no need to enable the cookies in any browser whether its a android tablet or computer because the cookies is enable by default.

make sure your wifi network is turned on, then open your tablet's wifi and search for it. it should be fine, if not, contact Toshiba for tech help.

The Galaxy Tab does not have a mic, but a speakerphone.
