I have about a 14 year old Whirpool Double Oven model RBD275PDB1. The other day it was working and then in the middle of cooking something it just went off-nothing working. I checked the fuse and it was on but i turned it on and off again just to make sure. Nothing works, the light does not come on in the oven, the diplay does not come on. It just quit working while cooking. Any ideas? Thanks

If there is no power at all then I would check where the house power comes into the oven.Be sure to turn off the power before looking in the conection box.Hopefully you will not have to pull out the oven to find the box.

We had this problem; Your thermostat is probably broken. To test this theory, buy an oven thermometer and test how accurate the oven is. My bet is you will find this to be off. Fix it now, otherwise, it might lead to other issues.

this could be due to more than one cause selector switch faulty elements faulty. however this would mean both elements gone - there is one at the top and one at the bottom also worth while looking at the wiring to the convection elements. does the thermostat neon come on when convection is selected?
