Cannot hear any calls, even with speaker activated.

check if your speaker is fine.if yes then reinstall the phone software or go to lg care to change the speaker.check also if you get soung by plugging the headphones

GO INTO MENU AND SET YOU PHONE ON HOW YOU WANT TO MAKE AND RECEIVE YOUR CALLS.

YOU MAY HAVE YOUR PHONE SET ON HEARING IMPAIRED OR YOUR BLUETOOTH MAY BE ACTIVATED AND THIS WILL MAKE YOUR CALLS BE HEARD ON SPEAKER. YOU WILL NEED TO UNCHECK THESE SETTINGS.

YOU CAN ALSO GO INTO MENU AND JUST RESET SETTINGS!

Try two things. Ensure the system has set this phone up for handfree activation.

lastly, if you can not hear a dial tone through the handfree unit then you may have a bad speaker

what you should do is take the phone and have the microphone replaced.

i encountered this problem after i started using a bluetooth headset. when the headset is not in use (not turned on, not even with me), sometimes there is no sound from the speaker, and the other party cannot hear me. meanwhile, the call timer is clicking away indicating the call connected. it seemed there was some issue in the bluetooth stack, and the phone thought it should be communicating with the BT device rather than it's onboard speaker/mic. to resolve, i disconnect the call, go to the main screen; in the bottom right corner, use the bluetooth manager icon to turn BT On then Off again. this resets the phone's speaker/mic usage, and calls can be made like normal. i hope this helps you.

cannot hear incoming calls or outgoing calls

First check and adjust call volume. It should set be optimal and secondly during a call adjust the microphone volume. If this is ok and the problem exsist then the microphone, speaker or some other hardware need to be replaced. Contact local hardware expert.

dear replace the speaker of ur phone in k300 the speaker and ringer are the same if u not have new speaker then short both point of the speaker to gather will be ok.
