I was just chatting and after I commented on the session went back to look at the chat and it was gone. How can get the chat back so I can review the answers?

got you again.i have been waiting for your reply.this is what i posted in the last of our chat session.
"the manual does not lead to any safety fuse.So the control board might be damaged, or i guess should be replaced.the control board controls the display too.considering the other case with the door lock, it might be the interlock door mechanism which can be removed once the board is replaced and the machine starts to work,"

The only way to reconnect is to pay for another chat session.But you can send Basti comments by going to MY PROFILE and the scroll down and click on VIEW CHAT SESSION you will find a post comment link.

The FixYa server locked up towards the end of our chat session. That is why we lost communication.

What I was about to explain was how to test your printing from printer properties:

(01) Click on START
(02) Click on PRINTERS AND FAXES
(03) Find your printer in the list and RIGHT-CLICK on its icon
(04) Choose PROPERTIES
(05) Click on the PRINT TEST PAGE button in the lower right of the GENERAL tab
(06) Click OK
(07) Click OK again

Please, post back here and let me know how it went. If it didn't work properly, do let me know. I'll continue to work w/ you on the issue.
