I'm using whirlpool mastermind chrome split ac.. clean filter light started blinking so i cleaned and replaced the filters but still CLEAN FILTER light is blinking. please give a solution

If you didn't turn the Master ON/OFF Switch to OFF, before removing the filter. That is the problem. To clear the error message. Turn the Master ON/OFF Switch to OFF, unplug the unit, remove the filter and reinstall it. Wait 10 minutes, plug the unit back in, turn the Master ON/OFF Switch to ON. The controls should have reset themselves and the clean filter light should not appear.

    Display buttons on the control panel of whirlpool chrome split ac is not working though remote control is absolutely fine, after cleaning the filters how could I stop the blinking of the clean filter blue light... Kindly answer.

Did you figure out why the ac wasn't responding to the remote? I am having the same problem. I just cleaned out the filters but it's still not responding to the remote. I have already tried reset button in the remote, which didn't help. I am pretty sure that the remote is not out of battery.

How can we reset filter indicator in Whirlpool Mastermind Chrome Splitt AC. Nothing is available in the Remote.
Open the front Panel, On the extreme right hand side there is a white colour button, press it hard for 2 minutes, make sure your AC power it switch on, the clean filter light will disappear.
Do this only after cleaning, drying and reinstalling your filer net.

Look real hard on the remote. There is a mini "use a ballpoint pen" push to reset filter button on the remote.

Electronic control panel: (not all models)
Hold the mode button and the Temp Up arrow depressed for about 5 seconds. It should display the temp and the FL should disappear.

Look at your remote carefully. There is a bal pen type push to reset filter button on the remote. Depress the rest button and it should reset. Also on the contol panel you can also reset it by depressing the mode and the UP temp arrow buttons for 5 seconds.
