The problem is the spring on the Sneak a cup feature is too strong and pushes the basket up thus shutting the valve off and causing overflow.Just pop that thing right off! Problem solved! Works like a charm 100% of the time no matter what type/grade of filters and even if you get 2 stuck together......."Sneak a Cup"? Some things in life are worth the wait!

You might have a bad batch of filters that are not letting water through. Water eventually overflows and brings grounds with it. Good luck.

Can I dump water out of reservoir and refill

To empty the reservoir, you need to turn the whole unit upside down while holding it over a sink or outside on the ground that can get wet. Be sure to turn it on and wait for the water to heat up before brewing a pot of coffee.

When my Keurig one cup dispenses the hot water onto the filter the water goes everywhere (making a mess) but not through the coffee filter & grounds.

Possible clogged water output house. Question? Is the water going on the filter then overflowing? If so, the grind of the coffee might be to fine. Might have to have the grounds a little courser. To test put no coffee in and if flows through ok, then coffee is ground to fine, then just need to have it ground a little courser. Thanks, mike

Coffee grounds overflow

Tressia,
An overflow can occur when using certain brands of coffee that are finer ground or using a water softener, bottled water, reverse osmosis, or filtered water. If you will call Bunn Customer Service, you can get a flow restrictor sprayhead which will eliminate this issue.

Water not filtering quick enough, basket overflows

Make sure your sprayhead is the proper one (5 hole) and in good shape. Also make sure that the hole on your filter basket has not been partially closed. This can happen if you set it on the hot warmer. As a last resort, you can slightly enlarge the hole in your filter basket.
