Need the phone number to your shipping dept.

I received a letter saying they have my returned linksys product. they did not receive my paperwork on the RMA#. i now have it and the letter say to contact [email protected]. but this address don't work. i have been trying to get this problem solved since may of 2008. this has been the hardest company to work with. i thought it was very organized with the case # and all. but i cannot seem to get my defective adapter replaced. please help. i just need to get my RMA# to them asap.

Why dont you call their rma department? Here is there no. (800) 546-5797 (Option 3) and give them your rma no. so that they can pull up your information.

Suddenly have no audio from speaker or earphone jack

You do not seem to be missing anything. Sorry to say, you may just have a bad audio circuit in the unit. You can try resetting it. If it has a reset button press it and see if that helps. If you have no reset button, disconnect power for a few minutes and then reconnect it and see if that helps.

You seem to have the settings right so other than a reset there is not much you can do with it but take it to a service center that works on them. It may be hard to find one locally, parts and service data are not readily available for Garmin products. Here is the information you would need to get in touch with Garmin.

How to present the radio stations

Using the front panel of the receiver- select the intended radio station and then press the hold the MEMORY button found on the front panel of the recevier for a few seconds. It should blink and offer a preset number. Press the MEMORY button again to set the radio station to this preset.

You can get Garmin Warranty support by following the steps below:

First:

Contact Garmin Technical Support to receive an RMA number.


Call or e-mail a Garmin Technical Support Specialist to describe the problem and request a return material authorization (RMA) number. You will need to provide the unit's serial number (if applicable), your return shipping address and a daytime phone number.

I have an Onkyo Tsxr 577 amp. The wires on the speakers crossed and the amp stopped working. It might be in autoprotect mode and I don't know how to reset it.

The amp protection circuit has been activated. Remove the power cord from the wall outlet immediately. Disconnect all speaker cables and input sources, and leave the AV receiver with its power cord disconnected for 1 hour. After that, reconnect the power cord and reconnect an input and a pair of speaker wires onto the unit. If the receiver still does not turn on than you will have to bring it in for service. Turn up the volume and if the receiver doesn't shut down, power off the receiver and add another pair of speakers. Power up the unit again and turn up the volume. If it doesn't shut down, power off the unit again. Now connect all your input sources and turn on your receiver. If the unit shuts down again, your unit will need to be further serviced at an authorized Onkyo service center.


To obtain service, take or ship your Onkyo product to an Onkyo Authorized Service Center. Please also include in any mailing a contact name, address and telephone number. Please include a copy of the original sales receipt/invoice as well as a letter stating what the problem is, with your name address and phone number so the service center knows who to return the unit to. Please note, before shipping, you must contact the authorized service center to inform them that you will be sending your unit in for repair.

There is an issue with the pre-loaded maps that requires service. To arrange for factory service, submit a technical support request to Garmin using our online form at:
