Samsung GT-S5233 ..my simcard is locked. i have the puk number but where to insert it.

Hi Hello i would to advice you just try to get out your sim to your cellphone.i guess if the PUK # indicate to your cellphone,the problem is simcard,you forget the password and you attemp many times to enter the password to your cellphone.and if you have a sim case to your simcard,your simcase to your simcard is indicate there a password of PUK#.i wish that i help you thanks.

first ask your service provider for the PUK numbe. after getting the PUK number, go to security settings and choose change PIN, it will ask for old PIN number, try a random number and then it will show, sim blocked, please insert PUK number.
insert the PUK you got from your operator and then you will be able to change your PIN and hence remove it.

At the time when you enter a wrong pin number three times the phone asks you for a PUK number. The PUK code is generally eight digit number This PUK number is an unlocking code which helps you to unlock the phone and use it. If you enter a wrong PUK number 10 times than you simcard gets rejected. Then you will have to buy a new simcard. It might happen that your phone might ask you for PUK2 after you enter your PUK number. You can find the PUK code is in your SIM card documentation Starter Pack. If you do not have this then contact your phone service provider. Your cell phone service provider can give you the PUK code once they have confirmed your identity to prevent any stolen SIM access.

The network unlock code(NUC) can be got from the service provider which your are currently using it.Please call them or go to their oofice and prove the mobile belongs to you by giving correct answers for the questions they ask and you can get the Network unlock code.
