I recently installed a new modem provided by verizon then lost all of my sounds. Can you please help me recover them ?

Modem has nothing to do with the computer's sound.
check the re-install the computer's sound driver & applications. check your computer's documentation.

Go to my computer
right click properties
hardware
device manager
?soundcard
scan for hardware changes

Uninstall the sound driver from the device manager and just do refresh 3-4 times by right clicking on the same page as it will automatically detect the sound driver.if it is not detecting automatically then the option is to install the sound driver again.and that will definately solve your problem.keep me updated for further help.thanks.

Install the sound card driver again.after installing the new modem the old driver of your sound card is not exceptable.or check the speakers which are conected to the pc.the problem lies there

You're saying that there's no sound coming on your computer or you lost the songs save on your computer?? If the problem is there's no sound coming from your computer make sure the sound device is working properly check it under device manager..
