Actually ASUS A2500H

Didnt know how to post a thread lol so did it this way.
Two things when i start up my computer if it has been off for a while it comes up with the old cant start blah blah half the time it is because of fastfat.sys driver not being there or corrupted and half the time it is isapnp.sys but if i turn the computer off and on again every single time it start up perfectly i formated it and it didnt seem to fix this. Also my speakers sound blown so i thought nothing of it until i checked headphones and they are definitly not blown but the sound output seems this way so i am guessing it is withing the sound card please help me i dont know what to do.
