Could be that the file you were trying to flash was corrupt and ended up screwing up your firmware. Unfortunatley, I have no other advice than to take it to a service center for repairs, or installing a new board..
first you need to know the firmware which your mobile phone uses then either download it online or source it on the net...you also need to download a program to do the flashing but it is always best to have a professional technician or mobile service center to do that for you.
