My dishwasher is leaking onto my kitchen floor.

This is most likely either due to a clog in the drain line or the seal around the sump being at fault. It depends where your unit is leaking from. If you remove the bottom kick plate from the unit you should be able to see where the water is leaking from if it is in the middle of the unit most likely you would have to replace the sump and sump gasket if it is off to the side of the sump then it might be the drain pump being clogged or blocked with something that is makeing it leak.
