The last spin cycle does not drain completely. When the washer (at the 11 min. mark) tries to go into the spin mode you get an unbalanced load code. There is some water left in the tub. Removing the water and machine completes spin cycle completely

Sounds like you washer is trying to spin out and becoming unbalanced and cutting off.. Move timer to spin and see if water spins out. If so try running a load and say with it so if it becomes unbalanced you can arrange clothes before returning timer runs out.

Plug in and turn on as left spin speed select no spin press Start/pause to start a drain only cycle. When cycle is complete remove load. Start a rinse•spin cycle to clean out residue.

Are there any error codes to the LED display like dC or uC? If you stop that wash cycle with the wet load and do a Spin Only cycle will it complete with no error code? Try making sure that your draining hose isnt jammed all the way down the hole. When you installed it the u shaped accessory was needed for the draining hose. Try pulling the draining hose out...curve the front and zip tying it to your cold water valve. This will allow it to drain properly and not get water push back into the drum causing it to be unlevel

being un-level could certainly cause it im currently working on this problem for another customer on this site while i haven't had hands on with this model yet i just finished reading the service manuel on it its kind of an amazing concept in washers if either one of you are on line reply to this message hold my rating for now as i need to ask some questions
