Check pump / outlet filter , refer to instruction book , clean and replace then re- try

How ironic!!! True story,I happen to have one of those, no spin spin spin.
Well two possibilities, First and cheapest, the door lock switch, if that dosn't do it well, the its is a diode on the main cuircut board. Ohh! By the way my neptune is siting of to the side, and Im still using my old washer. GOOD LUCK

Sounds like the pump went out. Top loaders are in the rear of underneath and front loaders are behind the front panel.

u cant it means locked rotor u need a new motor

any front loader should be operated with more than on piece of clothing in it. otherwise it is unable to balance the load.

buy a quality front loader

INSIDE THE SOAP LOADER THERE IS A LIME COLOR STRING PULL IT WILL UNLOCK LATCH

replace the doorlock instructions come in kit
