I have the cd but for some reason i can't install it in my computer keep telling me that there is some functions that don't meet for installation

First - re-seat the hard disk and reboot the computer. If the computer does not boot up then reboot and go into the BIOS configuration to see if the BIOS detects the hard drive. If it doesn't detect the hard drive then it could be faulty.
Then the hard drive needs to be replaced in the computer/laptop, Windows installed and the computer or laptop's device drivers plus your programs etc. to get a functioning computer/laptop again.

This happens due to viruses. They delete the NTLDR file.
Do you have the original XP CD? Then insert it and boot from the CD. (If it doesn't boot from the CD, tell us and we will explain how to set it in BIOS).
After a while it will ask you whether to Setup XP (Enter) or Repair an existing Windows installation (R). Press Enter here (Don't worry, I know what I am talking about).
Press F8 to accept the Licence Agreement.
(*** In the following screen you have to press 'R'. IF YOU DON'T SEE A TEXT SCREEN BUT THE SETUP STARTS TO RUN, TAKE OUT THE CD IMMEDIATELY AND RESTART THE COMPUTER. ***) It will tell you you have an existing Windows installation in <C:> drive. It will ask whether to install a fresh copy (Esc, as I remember) or Repair (R). Press R.
Let the setup run. After a while you may need to enter the key.
After few minutes, your computer will be ready, with all your files, fonts and software intact!

either you don't have any antivirus software or it has expired. most systems come with a trial version(allowing you to decide if you want to keep it or choose something else) yours has probably expired.
if you open control panel and go to add/remove programs it will tell you which software you have. you should uninstall the old version and reboot prior to installing the new software
there are many free ones out there www.download.com and search for antivirus.
antivir has done very well at a reasonable price for me.

It sounds like you have not installed the chipset driver. Find your cd that came with the pc and install the chipset driver or go on line and download the latest driver.

The only way to get access to certain functions is to install bootcamp from the Apple CD before installing Windows. If you don't have the CDs and you want the functionality, you'll need to purchase the proper CDs.

Very low. Any modern computer would easily meet the requirements, however if you're working with a computer that is about 9-10 years old: you should have >100 gigs of hard drive space (approximately 30 will go to the operating system) and at least 1.5 gigs of ram. You'll need a cd/dvd drive to install it from a disk. I don't know the processing power minimum, but again, it can't be much.

you need to check the cable connected to the printer. if you are using the USB cable make sure it meets the standard recommened by the manufacturers usually it will be USB V2.0 but if still the same problem try to change the cable and also do try to remove the driver from the system and restart the computer. DO NOT CONNECT THE PRINTER YET re install the CD provided and when the software asks you to connect the printer connect it. This should solve the problem.
DON'T FORGET TO RATE THE SOLUTION

If you mean a clean install as in reformat everything and begin from scratch, I'm sorry to tell you that's with netbook it's hard because the CD is not included with the computer.

If you happen to have an XP (for example) installation CD and an USB CD/DVD reader, then it's easy ! just insert the CD and follow the autorun.

If you don't have all these (which is probably the case) the simplest solution is cleaning yourself your computer. To do so : go to control panel and look for program and features (on Vista / 7) or Add/remove programs (on XP) and get rid of everything that you don't need. Then click on this link to download the free version of a cleanup program that takes care of your computer. It's quite easy, just install it and then hit the big care button and it should remove small files in your netbook that slows it down.

If it's still not fast enough you might want to find an expert in your area that can reboot it you.

Check the your install the complete installation in your printer, because if you install complete installation then you did't get this type of problem, remove the your printer driver and install the again with installation CD which come to printer, please install the complete installation.
