Why not? Have the JBL MR5 in my boat. It is installed in the glove compartment. A remote in installed in the dash near the driver. I want to install an additional remote on the transom. How would I go about doing this and both remotes work. The manual indicates there is 1 connection on the back of the unit for a remote, but where would I hook the other one into

SOURCE: JBL MR 17

I fixed the problem !!!!!!! All I did was, unpluged the 2 remotes , and the head unit worked fine. Next, I plugged on of the remotes back in. And it worked fine, Next, I plugged the swim grid remote back in, and everything went bad. So.... The swim grid remote is shot. I went on ebay and found a company that sells new ones. I think it was around $90.00. Had it shipped out, and installed it. It works perfect !!!! everything is working fine. !!

SOURCE: I have a JBL MR

if it has aux input rca's, then go to an electronics or car audio shop and buy a "stereo rca to 3.5mm headphone jack adapter cable" This will then plug into the headphone jack on the ipod.

GMC Sierra 1500 Glove box latch is broken and will not open

Unfortunately, you cannot just by the latch assy from the dealer. They only carry the complete glove box assy. (cost $285). The best fix if you are near a truck salvage yard is to get one from a wrecked vehicle. I just fixed mine for $32.00 including tax. To remove the glove box, you will need to remove 3ea 7mm screws that hold the hinge to the dash. And there are 2ea alum pop rivets that you will need to drill out (I used a 3/8 drill bit). Then slide the assy to the left to free the tab on the right side. Reverse procedure to install.

sudden failures are usually the blend door actuator. Unfortunately, you have to remove the dash to get the actuator out. It sits on top of the heater box in the second picture below. I have pasted the procedure below from autozone.com. Please see my tip at http://www.fixya.com/cars/r6235876-no_heat_fan_blowing_cold_air . How do you open the hood on a 1992 geo tracker

If it's not under the dash or near the kick panel on the driver's side, then check inside the glove compartment on the top part of it. For some reason, the Suzuki Sidekick has it located in the glove compartment. I'm guessing that since both cars are made identical, then it should be in the same location
