While there are a few problems that could cause this, it is most likely that your defrost assembly has stopped working and you have ice buildup behind the inner panel in the freezer compartment. If you take the food out, the shelves out, and remove the back panel, you should be able to visually see the ice build up. If it is there, you can either defrost the unit by leaving the unit unplugged and the door open or you can hurry it up with a hair dryer. Once you get rid of the ice you can plug the unit back up and see if it will freeze and your fridge get cold. If it does, you need to order the defrost assembly for this unit because the ice will build back up and you will need to be ready to deal with it.
But also take a look at the interior fan and make sure it is working. If it isn't, that could be the problem.
If the cooling tubes are blocked it could also give you that problem
