Just changed batteries in universal remote don't know the code to reprogram the remote the inside says it's an rcr3273 with the numbers of r55lb5711p

I press the tv button on rca remote and it wont stay on, tryed holding tv button and entering code but power button flashes twice and turns off. Entered last number and nothing happed, cant find any other help.

It may be you have the wrong code assuming everything else works fine.

and on the left of the nav towards the bottom you'll see the remote code finder.

Click the link and select your model number from the dropdown, in this case, RCR3273 and then select your device from the dropdown. The codes are listed by manufacturer alphabetically. Find the codes for your brand of TV and try all of them.
