You should be able to press and hold the 'set' button on the back of the unit, then press the + or - button, also on the back, at the same time as pressing the 'set' button. Hold for about 2 seconds and it should beep. then it is just a matter of going through each item on the station and adjusting the time, etc., with the + or - buttons.

Sorry, I was wrong about how you get the WERE 1001 to enter the set mode. All you have to do is press and hold the set button for about two seconds. The unit will beep, and enter the set mode, beginning with the 12 or 24 hour format. year. Use the + or - buttons to set your desired time format. Then hit set, and you will move onto the year. Use the + or - buttons to set the unit to the correct year. Then press set again to enter the correct month, again using the + or - buttons. Continue to hit set after each new entry. If you make a mistake, you must go through the whole set functions to set the unit anyway. After it is set, hit set again for two seconds and wait for the unit to enter set mode again. Hit set until you get to the part where you entered the incorrect info and then correct it wit the + or - buttons.

Hope this helps! I have had my unit since 2006 and am very pleased with it.

Easy weather station not picking up the data from my weather station

This is the quirk with these "weather stations." They're battery operated. When the temperature gets down to a certain point, the voltage output from the battery drops below the minimum required to operate it.

You lose the signal from that station. Lithium batteries help...

Base station will not load with 5 day forecast

Toward the middle or end of March 2014, Bushnell and Accuweather terminated their data sharing contract for the Weather FXi, Hunt FXi and Golf FXi internet-based weather stations. Since the forecast information is freely available on Accuweather's website, all Bushnell would have to do is fix/update the software to grab the data a different way. These were awesome weather stations when they worked and now Bushnell has decided to brick them by refusing to update the software. They have our money and now we have electronic waste paperweights to pollute the landfills. What a great business decision for them! I for one have decided to never buy any Bushnell products again and I hope everyone else who Bushnell screwed over by this decision to brick perfectly good weather stations also decides to boycott Bushnell products.

No signal

Check the batteries, antenna and location of the base station in relationship to the sensors. Check each sensor's batteries and locations (not near large metal objects and high enough to send signals. Move the base station close to a window facing the remotes...

Is it possible to recommend me a on a weather station software??

I can recommend you on Weatherlink Software but the market offers another good programs.'Weatherlink Software for Weather Stations' -Is a good weather monitoring, connect the Perception II, Weather Wizard III or Weather Monitor II to your personal computer. WeatherLink data logger stores data-even when your computer is not running-until it is transferred to your computer. You can use WeatherLink software to create graphs, calculate totals and averages, generate summaries, analyze trends, and more- all with your own weather database. Data may be exported to most popular databases.
