Label Reads: AUDI CONCERT II CQ-JA1360LAC 4E0 035 186 E 43/2004 Made in Germany Serial No. AUZ5Z6D6009542 When i connected this radio to my car it showed "SAFE" on display. I've found in the internet that i have to enter anti-theft code. Seller told me to contact you. Could you please give me that code? Thanks for the answering!

you must check wiring cable of left speaker-reconnect antenna cable and check if it is firmly connected and apply contact cleaner over faders.

DO YOU HAVE THE ORIGINAL RADIO MANUAL THAT CAME WITH THE VEHICLE? THE CODE IS PRINTED ON THE CARD IN THE RADIO MANUAL. THAT PAGE ALSO GIVES THE INSTRUCTIONS TO GET RADIO OUT OF "SAFE" MODE.

YOU NEED TO HOLD DOWN THE BUTTONS DESCRIBED IN MANUAL TO GET THE RADIO DISPLAY IN THE CODE ENTRY MODE.

hold rbds and pscan till you see numbers then use the radio memory buttons to control the number you want to put in after the numbers are put in hold rbds pscan again till u see it says safe and radio works.
