A lot of phones use the last four digits of the phone number as the passcode for security and other such options. Try that. If not, try 1111, 9999, or 0000 or 1234. If these do not work either, call your provider for further assistance.

Both phones are very good but I would advice you take Nokia E63.
Nokia E63 is durable and it works like a computer. Its strong, the battery lasts long, it has wireless and lots more.
The nokia 5800express music is also good but its a touch screen phone. Once the touch screen get's faulty, your might find it hard to replace the screen and it would cost alot. The phone is also fragile compared to E63.
Choose E63.
