We cannot find JVC service center in your town.
But you may try this tips :
Once you plug in to power outlet Check power on your charger. If there is, connect to your camcoder.
Turn on your camcoder.
If it can turn on , your battery is flat.
hei JVC, i had same problem with this guy....fix it please...we don't want to buy new one...its worth it!!! ******** those who buy new camcoder while the old one just being dump because litle broke....my camcoder is just like my child...
There are protection fuses inside the unit to protect the electronics. This is not a repair for a novice. Bring the unit to an authorized JVC repair center. The parts cost should be around $5. Add in the local repair rate for the total cost.
