Some keys are not functioning properly and some of the keys have been breaking the chord rythms

It sounds like you've pre-programmed a certain sound that is usually only triggered by multiple keys into one key. The most efficient way to return to the way that you're searching for might be to perform a factory reset on your device. But you should back up any data into a USB stick before you perform the reset as all data in the Casio device will be reset.

Single and Finger,is chords mode.
In Single,by press one key (eg:A) then chords A is heard,and so on.
In Finger,you must press 3 keys.Example: G-B-D,then you heard G chord. D-F#-A is D chord.
In Finger,lets say you press A chord and want to change to C chord by press one key C only,there's nothing change untill you press C-E-G.
Low, is for chords octave low.
Chords Off,no chords can be play,it mean overall full piano mode..
Single,Finger,Low, can be activate with Sync Start button.

Check you have selected 'sync start'. The ACMP selection activates the automatic chords but not the rhythm, so each note produces a droning chord. Sync start activates the automatic chords and rhythm you have selected when you play anywhere near the bottom end of the keyboard. Alternatively you can manually press play to start the drums by themselves and then the chords will begin the moment to play with your left hand.

Don't be confused by the video. The guy is capo'd up a whole key, so his fingered G actually is the A shown on the chorded lyric sheet.

I'm not sure I completely understand your problem but......it sounds like you might be in "Fingered On Bass" mode. This means if you play a chord like F using the notes FAC- if you play them in 2nd inversion (so the order is CFA) the psr-1000 will make the note "C" the bass note. In this mode if you played ACF then "A" would be in the bass part. Change to "Fingered Chord"-this will enable you to play any chord with the tonic (the name of the chord) F whether you play FAC, ACF or CFA in the bass part. I don't have access to a psr-1000 but often with Yamaha instruments this can be changed by pressing and holding the "Auto Accompaniment" button. I hope this helps.

An autoharp makes chords by muting all the strings except those that make the chord. There would be 2 ways to change the chord structure. 1) retune the strings knowing which ones will be muted by each key so that the result is another but valid chord or 2) make your own "keys" so that they mute different strings.
The tuning of an autoharp is selected to allow you to play songs as long as they are in the right key or two. If you set it "like a piano" as you suggest, you could play those chords but not the chord sequences that make up most songs. Most songs revolve around sequences or intervals such as the popular 1 - 4 - 5 blues progressions. Most music has some predictable progressions and that's why the autoharp is tuned the way it is.
You can always experiment with different and odd tunings but if your goal is to play already written songs, I'd stick with the normal tunings - there are alternates.

Put your small finger on C,
your next finger on the next white key: D,
your middle finger on the next white key: E
your index finger on the next white key: F
your thumb on the next white key: G

Lift your fingers away from D and F -- to keep this simple -- all we did was identify the D and E and F and G keys, relative to the C key.

Press C and E and G (small, middle, thumb)
to play a "major" chord in C.

Move your fingers "up":
C to D, E to F-sharp, G to A,
and play a "major" chord in D.

Move your fingers "up":
D to D-sharp, F-sharp to G, and A to A-sharp,
and play the chord in D-sharp (usually called 'E-flat').

Move your fingers "up":
D-sharp to F, G to A, and A-sharp to C,
and play the chord in F.

Move your fingers "up",
F to G, A to B, and C to D,
and play the chord in G.

Go back to the starting position (C-E-G),
and move "down": C to B-flat, E to D, and G to F,
and play the chord in B-flat.

So far, you have C-major, D-major, E-flat-major, F-major, G-major, and B-flat-major.

There are more chords, but most pop-music is in one of these keys.

Give it a try.

A lot of left-hand stuff is just the small-finger and thumb, omitting the middle finger, e.g., C&G,
to avoid a too "muddy" sound.

Or, "stretch" your hand: C-and-G-and-the-next-higher-C.

In Casio Chord mode, the bottom keys up to the second F plays Bass Chords. The Keyboard is just putting the keys you play back into bass when you get up that high. If you read along the plastic edge above where they keys come out of the keyboard, it shows you where the Chord keys end and the Keyboard begins. If you want use of all the Octaves, slide the power switch to the first setting (normal).
