Use SIM 03-11 to check the shifter motor operations. Check connection of the harness/connector of the shifter motor. Replace the shifter motor. Replace the MCU PWB.

Enter simulation mode by pushing # * C * then type 14 and the copy button. The machine will restart and the error code will be gone.

dear sir good day the link http://support.sharp.net.au/drivers/driversearch.asp contain the driver for machine but the problem may happen from the tel line or from other fax sender ... so please first reinstall the driver and try to send or receive fax from other one thank you and good luck

heat roller low temperture detection&check the thermistor abnormality,heatlamp abnormality,thermostat abnormality,clean the paerdust guide &use sim 5-02
check the heater lamp blinking operation
use sim 14 to clear the slf diagnostic display

f9-00 means the ar-nb3 and or eb9 print control boards failed to recive all packets involved in a perticular print job. weither its 1 page or 100 pdf tiff raw etc does not matter.
as a printer service technician i can ashure you there is no known all inclusive fix at this time. cycling the machine's power will clear the code.
