The Reminder Sensor can be used as a "reminder alarm clock". Choosefrom one of 29 preset alert messages and a time interval and theReminder Sensor will do the rest. Click the sensor to start the timer.Then when the time is up, you'll get a reminder alert. Then simplyclick the sensor again to restart your timer.

then you will need to have the firmware reflash or take it to the store and hvae them explain why it is still doing that.....the phone firmware may need fixing.
I think that there is just a generic message alert tone setting applies for both vm and text. If your voicemail alert tone and message alert tones are the same, this is probably the case. I have searched the menu on my phone and haven't found any setting to change vm tone specifically.
