Need instructions for moving -- have four bolts!

1. Locate arm brackets underneath the seat pan. Unscrew the plastic tri knob until it is loose
2. With Allen key screw the locking bolt from the threading hole until it disengages.
3. With a Philip screw driver or a screw gun unscrew the four (4) bolts on attaching the mechanism to the seat pan.
4. With a Philips screw driver or a screw gun unscrew the four bolts (4) on attaching the two (2) arm width plates to the seat pan.
5. The arm pad can be removed from the arm bracket by screwing the two (2) bolts under the arm pad. This can be performed with a Philips screw driver.

This code indicates a motor speed sensing error, the motor can not achieve the correct speed for the cycle selection.
Have the shipping bolts been removed?
This error code indicates that the motor is having difficulty turning.
All four (4) shipping bolts and the plastic spacers must be removed from the rear of the washer before you operate it. Each unit is shipped from the factory with four bolts, which are designed to secure the washer during shipping. Failure to remove all of the shipping bolts, and the four plastic spacers that are with them, can result in noise, vibration or error codes. See your Installation Instructions for details on how to remove the shipping bolts.

The motor mounting holes should be slotted. Losses all four bolts, move motor away from the driven end and have an assistant tighten at least two bolts, then all four bolts.

You are correct...the base is not pre-assembled as stated in the instructions. However it is a very easy task. The four base parts slot together in a fairly obvious way. The bolts to use are actually packaged separately and marked as "Bolts for Base". There are four bolts in total. One bolt goes in each corner of the base assembly. I put my bolts through from the bottom with the nuts and lockwashers on top. I did this to minimize the ground clearance although now that it is assembled it probably wasn't necessary. Once the four base pieces are together you can follow the instructions as printed. BTW, when bolting the four upright channels to the base, two of them use the same bolts as the ones holding one end of the "U"-shaped wheel supports. The instructions didn't mention this. It is also fairly obvious. In the end, no problems putting this extremely sturdy stand together. I'm glad I bought this to go along with my planer!

Unplug the power cord or shutting off the circuit breaker. Remove the belt guard loosen the four bolts that hold the motor to the compressor frame. The holes in the frame are slotted to move the motor for belt tensioning. Remove the old belt by pushing the motor toward the compressor. Place the new belt on the pulleys and hand tighten the four motor bolts. Align the two pulleys with each other. Apply a little tension on the V-belt. Place the bar at the base of the motor and push the motor back using the frame of the compressor as the leverage point & deflect the belt downwards with your finger. You should have approximately ½ inch of free belt deflection. Tighten all four motor mounting bolts & check the deflection of the V-belt and the alignment between the pulleys again. Realign or re-tension as necessary. A correct fit will ensure proper operation of the air compressor. Replace the belt guard on the air compressor and reapply the power. Check the belt movement through the guard and for proper operation of the compressor by following the manufacturer's instructions.

I'm going to guess that you're talking about the simple metal rack, and the seatpost-clamp style. If you have a different product, post back with the model number (use the "add comment" link to the right) and I'll take a swag at the instructions for your product.

For the seatpost-clamp rack, the clamp is held on by four bolts. It's important that they be tightened evenly, and the only way to accomplish this is to tighten them each a little bit at a time.
Put the rack on the back of the seatpost, so the platform has plenty of space over the back tire. If you're mounting this on a full-suspension mountain bike, be sure to allow enough space for wheel travel.
There is a small square plate with bolt holes in the corners that will match the front end of the platform. This is called the mounting plate.
Put the mounting plate on the front of the seatpost, and thread in each of the four bolts. Don't tighten them yet, just make sure that the threads are seated and that the plate is even (not clamped down tight on one side and angled out on the other)
Tighten the bolts until the mounting plate and the platform are each touching the seatpost, and again make sure that the sides are even.

Now, tighten each bolt 1/2 turn at a time, going back and forth in an X pattern over all four bolts.
When you can no longer (easily) move the platform from side to side, you should stop tightening so you don't damage your seatpost from over clamping.

If your seatpost is too skinny to get a solid clamp, the rack should have come with some rubber shims that you can use to fille the extra space.


Again, if I just described the wrong product, post back with a comment here and include the model number, and I'll help you out.

there are four shipping bolts in the back of the washer that need to be removed they are long bolts connected to plastic pieces. unscrew them and remove the plastic pieces

undo the the vacuum hoses and make sure you make a diagram of where each hose goes. move them out of the way.

undo the four bolts that attach the master cyclinder to the booster. use a wire coat hanger or just wire to support it. you don't want to bend or break the brake lines.

undo the four bolts that hold the booster to the firewall. carefully pull it away from the firewall. you will see a small are there with a clip. remove the clip and unhook the arm.

reverse those instructions to put it back together

However BEFORE you do that. Make sure that none of the vaccuum hoses are leaking.

seat frame base is held to floor with four bolts, one in each corner.  Begin by moving seat to the full forward position, remove the two rear seat frame bolts, they may be covered by carpet and plastic trim.  Them move seat to full rear position and remove both front frame bolts, the seat will now be free to remove.  Keep me posted

The water pump is located at the firewall end of the engine. If your car has A/C. it makes it a little more difficult, as you'll find the compressor is in the way and difficult to work around. ONLY if your A/C system is empty, could you disconnect the hose to the A/C compressor. Otherwise you might consider disconnecting the entire compressor from the engine (but not opening theA/C sytem so you don;t loose the gas) and moving it out of the way if you can't work around it.

There are four bolts holding the pulley to the case; loosen these then remove the drive belt(s). The belts hold the pulley steady while you loosen the bolts.

Remove the pulley completely.

Then remove the bolts holding the pump to the case; NOTE the position of the longer bolts - you'll need to reinstall these in the same locations!

Install the new pump in reverse order; make sure you use new gaskets.

Penetrating oil liberally sprayed on all bolts before removal eases the work.
