Computer doesnot recognize disk - Samsung YP-S3JAB Digital Media Player

Did you go to my computer,,thats how you open or find a flash drive,,hit my computer and it should be there removible disk,,,if not try pluging it in and restarting computer,,also try wesite of the usb to see if any updates or u may need new driver,,but I never had any flash drive do that so,,could be faulty or went bad,,tap it on a hard surface a few times ,,could free the disk,,it works eith seized hdds ,,so,,goodluck

Not all in-car stereo are compatible with computer recorded CD.

Try setting Roxio to "Close Disk" and "Close Session" or "Disk at Once" (try all) while recording the CD on PC.

If that does not work, then the stereo is not compatible with recorded CDs.

reasons for the problems u faced
1.system doesnot provide drive letter for ur sd card
solution:

1.Click Start, click Run, type compmgmt.msc, and then click OK. 2. In the console tree, click Disk Management. The Disk Management window will appear
3.On this disk management window, you can see some drives including the portable drive. Right click on your portable drive and click change drive letter and paths.
4. Now a assign a new drive letter which is not being used by any of your drives in My Computer.
5. After assigning the new drive letter your portable drive will show up in my computer with other drives

another way to solve

After plugging in the device. Go to device manager (In run type "devmgmt.msc") In Device manager go to "Universal serial bus

controllers" It should list the storage devices that you have connected to your PC. Right click and then click "Uninstall. Remove

the USB drive and restart your system.
Try connecting the device again, i think this should solve the problem.

First, use a card of 2GB or smaller. Try hooking the radio up to your computer using the USB cable and see if that can 'wake' it up. I don't believe that the SF3 can read a 4GB or larger card for starters.

check if you see any light on the drive, if yes. then the power is there and then the problem is with the data cable of the cd drive. try to repalce the cd drive with another cd drive. if it still doesnot work and if the same cables work with the hard drive, then the cd drive has gone bad. and if the new drive also doesnot work then reinstalling the operating system should fix the problem only and only if it appears in the bios. if it doesnot appear in the bios. then the problem is not of the operating system. then its the motherboard.

The cable connector of your webcam or the internal controller of webcam is not functioning well.

You need to change your webcam.
Some times this webcam may work with other computers.

Check "My Computer" and see if it recognizes it as a drive. If thats a no go, try a different USB port or perhaps 3rd party software like Winamp or I-tunes...

Try cleaning the laser lens with a cleaning disk like you might find a Wal-Mart or Radio Shack and see if that helps. If the lens on the laser is too dirty to read that it has a disk then it will not attempt to spin the disk. If cleaning doesn't solve your problem then it may be a much bigger problem like weak laser etc. Good luck.
