My Fresh Air Eqo Quest shut off yesterday and I can't get it to go back on. I have hit the reset button, I unplugged and replugged, I even cleaned everything. It won't turn back on. Is there a fuse inside of it? What should I do.

It might reset if u unplug it for 15 minutes then replug it in

I've read from some other posts on here that Ecoquest is good about returning the items and replacing them.

Have you unplugged it? Or is there a hard reset for it other than the reset button? Can you try to hold the power button down and see if that does anything? But try to pull the filter and stuff out again, after you have unplugged it, see if that works.

Fresh Air purifiers are noted for two weak points. The display circuit board and the main circuit board. Call (336) 499-2505 and they will help you work through the problem. They give away information.

If you did not thoroughly clean the contacts for the ozone plate, the "Perform Cleaning" light will not reset.

take the back filter off and blow out the dust really well a q_tip may help with the tight spaces that will be a very tedious task check owners manual too

It should automatically reset after replacing with a new RCI cell. If it doesn't then you can try resetting the reminder (the button's on the front). You can also try unplugging the purifier for a few minutes and plug it back in. If all else fails, review the user manual to make sure that you're installing the part correctly. If none of the above work then it's possible that the sensor may have gone bad. The manufacturer would probably be the best place to get answers and further help. I believe the company is now called Vollara. Their website is as follows:

How well did you clean it, there are 2 connections to the lcd screen up front maybe one of those became unpugged. You have to be careful cleaning around the circuit boards because body static can ruin a circuit board. Its possible that happened . I had a problem with a lcd screen going bad and the unit would not come on and just stay lit like your describing. I replaced the screen and it was fine.

possibly a bad control finger control board. had a problem just like that and that repaired it.

This looks like a control board error. It needs to come in for repair. be careful not to turn it on, the RCI cell ( the blue light in the back) will stop working if it is switched off and on fast.

Call the company 1-800-989-2299 and get an RMA number. If you are under three years, you are still under warranty.
