Epson r220 printer problem

I have recent purchased a new computer.I had lost the printer CD so I downloaded the driver from the epson website .Since doing so I cannot print anymore due to incompatible ink cartridge prompt being displayed.I had no problem with the printer before . can you advise please
I have the same problem Post a new problem
I know someone who can solve this problem

try replacing the black ink cartridge with a genuine epson cartridge.
