Thank you very much.

Hello, all you have to do is to press and hold Resume button for more than 5 seconds, this procedure will by pass the ink level counter and your printer will work with no problem.
5 seconds was not enough, but i found a new solution on a forum: press and hold the resume button for 1 minute. It worked for me. Now the printer is working. Thanks for the advice.5 seconds was not enough, but i found a new solution on a forum:

u can use a original cartige for longer period of time by just refilling it before low ink level of the cartige by doing this you can use a cartige for maximum no of time as original cartige is used for once but you can again use that cartige
ur cartidge nosel is jammed. get some drop of water on ur finger tip put it on nosel then put the cartidge nosel on newspaper because it is a good absorber it wiil help the ink to come out try for some times if it not work replace ur cartidge...
So as MUKHTAR states, do not refill cartiges when they are TOO EMPTY as most of the new printers have a sensor in the cartige that tells when it is empty. and when that sensor fills that the cartige is empty, it stays that way, no matter how much you refill it.
on the laser printers, when you refill your toner cartige there also is a chip that is changed (the sensor) because once that sensor feels that the cartige is empty you will not be able to use that cartige anymore.
Those are cartridge errors, the chip on the front tells the printer how much ink is left, when you refill, you also need to reset or replace the chip on the cartridge, or you will keep getting errors.
Each kit includes 3 bottles of photo ink (1 bottle each of photo black-photo cyan-photo magenta) plus all refill-tools and instructions needed to successfully refill your Lexmark 18C0031 cartridge.
The trick to extending it's life is to know how to add Ink, and to only use Ink which matches the ink which originally came with your cartridge. Each cartridge is manufactured to work with a specific type of Ink, and will not work correctly with anything different.
The simple solution is to buy the HP cartridges. Often times,.. MOST times, aftermarket ink cartridges and refill kits are an inferior product. The difference is not always noticeable right away, but almost always rears it's head in the end. This is usually due to the ink being of a different viscosity than the original ink. Which leads to sloppy prints, sensor errors, leaky or dead jets.
Personally I recommend everyone buy Laser printers. With prices where they are these days, there is no reason for anyone to buy an inkjet printer. Lasers will cost more up front, but are much cheaper per page and generally longer lasting.
The ink your purchased is likely a cheap watered down version of what your printer is meant to take. You may notice that the ink smears when you rub the page directly after printing. Why you chose to use the blue and red ink to make black blows my mind. These refill kits are insanely cheap and buying the black could not have been much more. Not using black ink in the black cartridge would explain why your print is faded. Also, there is no way to reset the ink levels on this type of cartridge. As long as the printer still prints, just ignore the ink level indicator and print until the ink runs dry. I recommend Cartridge World for ink refills because they use high quality ink to manufacturer specified volumes while still saving you money.
