My Supersonic SC-25 DVD Player displays DVDs in black and white instead of color. Also, the remote no longer works.

There are companies now that sell 'facsimile' remotes that are an exact replica of the original but possibly better made (in China or Taiwan).

please enable NTSC. your settings is in PAL. its due to your system PALSECAM.

OK simple mind maybe this will help. Cable bos to DVD and DVD to TV. A set of red and white cables are for hearing (audio) ( red is general right and white is left) the holes that you plug them into should also be color coded the only real trick is that they are flowing in the correct direction. They should go out from the cable box in to the DVD and then a set should go out from the DVD and into the TV. The Yellow is for video on some units. Not all units need the yellow. Since it is cable there should be a cable connection from the wall to the cable and the only place that might need the yellow is from the DVD to the TV depending on your model of TV. Mine for example, uses an HDMI cable instead of the yellow plug ins. Hope this helps!!

Call 1-800-remotes, i used to work for McMahons furniture and when a customer lost a remote we would get them through these guys and the best but is if they dont have it they will make one for you.
