My iPhone 4 cannot discover my new Jabra SP200 speakerphone as a BlueTooth device. The speakerphone is charged and turned on as specified in the instructions. However, the blue LED light on it only flashes every 5 seconds which is not rapid to me. My iPhone 4 just sits in a constant Searching... state but never discovers the Jabra which is right next to it. Your assistance is greatly appreciated

check bluetooth is on in Iphone settings ?

Hold botton down until it flashes blue AND then red it will continue To flash now pair ur headset

   • 4. Click on "Bluetooth" to access your iPhone's Bluetooth menu and then click the option to turn on your iPhone's Bluetooth connection. Once your iPhone's Bluetooth is turned on, it will search for available Bluetooth devices.
   • 5. Select your Jabra headset by clicking on the icon that appears on your iPhone's screen.
   • 6. Enter the passkey for your Jabra Bluetooth headset. The default passkey on Jabra headsets is "0000."
   • 7. Click on OK on your iPhone

Tips & Warnings



The LED light on your headset must be solid blue to pair to your iPhone. A flashing light indicates your headset is not yet in pairing mode and your iPhone will not be able to connect to the headset.

Having your iPhone 4 Bluetooth turned on will drain your phone battery faster than normal.

Did you try going into "discoverable" mode in the headset?
Please follow these steps and this should help you pair it with the iPhone.
1. Go to Settings > General > Bluetooth 4. Ensure Bluetooth is turned On 5. Ensure the headset is turned Off 6. Press and hold the Answer button until you have a solid blue LED 7. Touch the headset in the list (on iPhone) 8. The passkey is 0000 (4 zeros) 9. Enter the PIN 10. Tap Done

On your phone, make sure bluetooth is turned on (settings, general).

While your phone is in discovery mode, turn your bluetooth device on and put it in discovery mode (usually you have to hold the power button for 7-10 seconds).

Your phone will find the device, and you will be prompted to enter the devises PIN number (often 0-0-0-0). Your phone should pair with the device then.

Firstly, try '0000' (four zeros). if it fails, switch to '1234'. If it keeps failing, try '8888'.
