I have a jvc gz-mg330HAS hard disk camcorder, when iam trying to make the dvd with jvc powercinema ne for everia the system shut down automatically . kindly advise how can i solve this problem? also is there any way to copy my videos to dvd?

Have you tried Nero? I want you to use the Power Cinema NE(Editor) its include in this package. Open the video file in the editor(Copy/Edit) Advance feature, you can do some editing if you wish and Produce. It will ask you what format will be the outcome(DVD Mpeg2). Once finished, this file is ready for burning. Burn it in Nero or Roxio as Data file since its already a DVD file. Hope it helps

i think it not support or may be files is corrupted. check with other systems. also reinstall the software with same path

Problem solved. I was thinking I could delete from the PowerCinema NE for Everio software program that comes with the camera but that is not the case, so it was just a matter of finding where all the video files were stored on the computer itself, ie, "myworks, Everio backup", and delete from there.
